Marcinek Cattle Co.
Located in Condor, Alberta, Marcinek Cattle Co. is a third-generation ranch operated by Trevor and Jenna Marcinek and their family. Each year, the ranch calves approximately 150 head of commercial cows and raises around 400 head of yearling grass cattle. These cattle are grazed under an intensive rotational grazing system each summer, ensuring sustainable and high-quality beef production.
Trecha Cattle
Trecha Cattle is a registered Black Angus operation managed by Chad and Kim VanderMeer in Innisfail, Alberta. Angus cattle are renowned for their high-quality carcass traits, including consistent marbling and tenderness. The genetics from Trecha Cattle play a significant role in the cattle processed through TC Ranch Raised Beef Co., contributing to the superior quality of the beef.
Bear Alley Ranch
Bear Alley Ranch is situated in the picturesque mountains just outside Vernon, British Columbia. Operated by Beau and Tammie Turner and their family, this grass operation benefits from the milder climate of British Columbia, allowing yearling cattle to graze for an extended period each year. This extended grazing period, under ideal conditions, prepares the cattle for a grain finishing ration, which enhances both the marbling and taste of the beef produced.
TC Ranch Raised Beef Co. combines the strengths of each ranch to deliver premium beef products directly to consumers, ensuring that every cut of beef is raised right and of the highest quality.
