TERMS OF SERVICE — TC Ranch Raised Beef

OVERVIEW
Welcome to TC Ranch Raised Beef! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TC Ranch Raised Beef. We operate this website and Shopify-powered store to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Services. By using our site, placing orders, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 – ACCOUNT ACCESS
By using our Services, you confirm you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Our beef is pasture-raised, grain-finished, and delivered via public drop-off points in Alberta and British Columbia. Due to the nature of raising livestock, availability may vary. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact product received.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise specified. Orders may be cancelled up to 5 days before your scheduled drop-off. After this, cancellations are not accepted, and the full payment will be due.
A non-refundable deposit is required for bulk orders (sides, quarters, or custom cut boxes) to secure your purchase. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable fees will be clearly itemized at checkout. By purchasing, you agree to pay the full amount listed, including any applicable charges.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY
We deliver to designated public drop-off locations within Alberta and British Columbia. You are responsible for collecting your order at the confirmed time and location. Title and risk transfer to you upon drop-off. We are not liable for items left uncollected.
SECTION 6 – NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of beef, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please inspect your order upon pickup. If you receive the wrong product or your order is damaged, contact us within 24 hours at chad@tcranchraisedbeef.com with photos and details.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and material on our website are the property of TC Ranch Raised Beef and may not be reused without written consent.
SECTION 8 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
Any reviews or feedback you submit may be used by us for promotional purposes. By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, and distribute this content.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TC Ranch Raised Beef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes your acceptance.
