The ground beef, steak, and roast bundle will consist of two steak packages, one roast, and five packages of ground beef. Approximate weight will be 10-11 pounds
The package may vary, but will consist of:
Ground Beef - 5 - 1 lb packages
Roast - 1 Cross Rib, Sirloin Tip, Blade, or Round Roast – approximately 3-5 pounds
Steaks – 1 package of NY Striploin or Rib eye steaks and 1 package of Sirloin steaks
